This policy covers the firm or an individual for allegations of breach of professional duty. However some policies specify the cover arising from negligent act error or omission. Some of the covers that can be included are:

Policies can be extended to cover:

• Fidelity
• Liability for the Data Protection Act
• Outside Directorship Liability
• Mitigation Costs where there is no claim made but the insured
knows there is a problem.
